The purpose of the lecture was to tell the audience that the modern sustainble regional development is impossible without solving a number of complicated tasks in the sphere of economic, social, environmental, demographic, migration policy. Russian and foreign experience, problems and ways of solving them, what and at what cost should be achieved?
